At Magchic, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. That's why we offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange it for another item.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours after you place the order.
After you pay, we will take 1-2 working days to process your order, and the order will arrive in about 5-7 working days (excluding order processing time)!

To initiate a return or exchange, simply contact our customer service :support@magchic.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return or exchange authorization and instructions for returning the item.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, with all tags and labels attached. The item should not be damaged or washed. We reserve the right to reject any returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria.

The processing time for returns or exchanges is about 5-10 days from the date we receive the item. Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets our return or exchange criteria, we will process the refund or exchange. The processing time for refunds is about 5-10 working days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
